October is one of my favourite months. The leaves change colour and the air chills, which makes it fun to stroll through Toronto cupping a favourite hot beverage (mine is a mochaccino)…
And it’s time for a schedule change! All tours are available at other times for a minimum charge. Click the tour name for more information.
NEW Free ‘Heart of Toronto’ Tour
Fridays and Saturdays at 4:30pm
Duration: 2 hours
Tour Start: Timothy’s World Coffee at the corner of Bay St. and Queen St. W (map)
Our new free tour covers a shorter distance than the previous free tours by concentrating on the few blocks around Toronto City Hall, and features some new sites and stories not offered previously. If you work downtown, why not join us? We are very excited to debut this tour to the public on Friday October 2nd! This tour finishes near the starting point.
GHOST TOURS! We will be offering a full week of scheduled public tours beginning Saturday October 24th and running until Hallowe’en!
(Please note, there will be NO TOURS on Friday October 9th or Saturday October 10th. Tour Guy Steve in Vancouver is getting married and Tour Guy Jason will be there.)
As of October 1st there will be a new tour schedule. As the weather begins to cool, there is less demand for the free walking tours. We will still be offering them, but not as frequently as they are now. As always we are available for hire by groups, schools, clubs, and other organizations and individuals. For info on our rates check our “More” page.

So you just moved to Toronto… Maybe you came here for university or college. Maybe you came here to learn English at an ESL school. Maybe you just decided to live in the most exciting city in Canada. In any case, you should join Tour Guys for a free walking tour. I can’t think of a better thing to do on a nice day. Or even a day that’s not so nice. Our tours go rain or shine.
Personal Tours… If you are looking for a more personalized experience, we are available for hire to show you exactly what you want to see. We can give you a neighbourhood orientation, show you how to navigate the subway, bus and streetcar system.
House hunting in Toronto… Looking for a good neighbourhood to move to? We can show you. We can also recommend a good real estate agent.
Want to see the best views of Toronto? We can show you that to. We can even get you up in a small plane for a birds-eye view of the city. We have connections!
